This auction we have a good and eclectic mix. We have signed books, first editions and fine bindings. We also have some good voyages and exploration, as well as other shipping books on steam, sailing and navigation. There is lots of war and military books, good Australian history, ephemera and books on Sydney Harbour. There is an interesting collection of Japanese books about Chinese Dynasties and maps. We have books for art, architecture enthusiasts as well as a number of bookplates.
We have some lovely fine bindings include Shakespeare (12), Walter Scott (11) and Religious books (3&4). Signed and first edition highlights we have Lot 60 Steinbeck Signed – Grapes of Wrath.
